Who We Serve
Partners works with youth beginning at age 5 up to their 21st birthday. Special consideration is given to youth under age 5.
Our youth may have a mental health, developmental/intellectual disability, or substance use diagnosis and experience serious behavioral/emotional challenges, which have made it difficult to function in the community. Some of our youth may already be involved with our system partners including the Division of Child Protection and Permanency (formerly Division of Youth and Family Services-DYFS), juvenile justice, and behavioral health service providers. However, they need additional support. Some youth may be at risk for entering an out of home treatment program, like a residential and need help remaining in their home or community.
